Past and Present State
Fabian Henry successfully started a marijuana company that provided cannabis to veterans from 2013 to 2016 and founded BCP to address a market opportunity to be the leader in effective treatment for those suffering from PTSD and opioid addiction with high quality Cannabis.

75,000 sf.ft HQ building application process started and Demo/prep of building interior begins.
Finalization of engineering / construction drawings.
Target receipt for cultivation and sales licenses.
BCP has begun preparations to renovate its HQ building and is seeking to raise approximately $10 million of equity for the Phase 1 build out, with the remaining two phases financed using bank debt. Phase 1 build out is expected to begin in the 3rd quarter of 2019.
